There are 6 levels of Spanish at SOL: Beginner (A1), Elementary (A2), Intermediate (B1), Advanced (B2), Superior (C1) and Proficiency (C2).
When you contact us, we will send you a very short survey: you just have to fill it out to find out your level of Spanish. We will also have an interview before the class to check your conversation level.
You can have one-to-one classes and also participate in a group of your level. Groups have a maximum of 4 students.
All of our teachers are native speakers with university degrees and specializations in teaching Spanish. They also have extensive experience working with students from all over the world, and are chosen for their ability to develop interesting and entertaining classes.
At SOL we design classes based on the analysis of the needs and objectives of each student, especially valuing previous knowledge and personal learning environment, so that you can speak, listen, read and write in Spanish comfortably. The concept of flexible education allows us to work with authentic material: videos, books, movies, series, games, articles, songs and more. The contents are adapted to follow the interests of our students, selecting the didactic material according to the preferences of each group. Classroom activities are complemented with field trips and cultural and social activities.
During the classes you will receive worksheets, guides and exercises to study each item of the program with clarity, in digital or printed format if preferred. In addition to the audiovisual material that complements the classes and the didactic videos of each unit, we will also use interactive material in the Virtual Campus.
In order to learn the contents of each level, you will need between 80 and 120 hours approximately, but any time you dedicate will bring you benefits.
Yes, we offer short courses in Argentine History, Latin American Culture and Latin American Cinema. All courses are designed to practice and learn Spanish by content. We also design courses for specific purposes, tailored to your needs.
